i kept seeing reviews about this book on booktok and after like the 20th time i caved and bought it. well my boyfriend bought it cause i couldn’t stop talking about it but from the very first chapter i was hooked. it was dark and eerie and shocking. i was completely appalled in some scenes but it was so beautifully written that i now want to read every keri lake book there is. i wish there could be another book cause of the way it ended. i feel like devryck’s brother caed deserves his own book. i read that the author has no plans on picking that up but i wish she would reconsider because i would like to know what caed went through that made him the way he was. this book was so addicting, keri lake is now one of my new auto buy authors!!
