This was a fun lighthearted read. I really enjoy how Tricia writes, so I will definitely be checking her out. This story was really cute and I love the cozy small town vibe. The book definitely felt rushed toward the end as everything happened all at once over the last 50-75 pages. I thought the whole idea of the curse was interesting but it seemed quite simple to break considering they were trying to figure out how to the whole book. They didn’t spend much time looking into options, just repeating how they needed to break the curse. I didn’t like that the curse wasn’t fully broken in the first book but this sets it up well if the author was planning on making it a series. Overall, I enjoyed reading this book as a lighthearted fun little story.
