Excellent collection, with only a handful of stories that didn't fully captivate me. But even those were good in their own way. It's not the most uplifting group of stories, but there are bright spots of humanity even in the shadow of the End.

Also, a quick read! I read one story a month ago as a preview, then the rest in just a qui k few days. The concept speeds you thru each tale, and then compels you to buy parts 2&3 of the trilogy.
