i reallllllly wanted to love this. i read this after reading the housemaid and the housemaid's secret so i was on a high and had high hopes.
it had a strong start but i think the reveal at the end was just so unbelievable it threw me out of the book. it felt a little rushed and it just didn't make sense for me. i liked the main cast for the most part and the reveal IS shocking, but it was so shocking it really took my out of the plot. i also didn't care for the last bit of harper's pov, it kind of just felt like it was thrown in there to question nora's character/lead up to a sequel. but, oh well!
