The first book in a series that takes place in a small town in Pennsylvania where two people have lived most of their lives. Emmanuelle and Cooper grew up in small town PA and Emmanuelle's father has been the mayor for many many years. As he is getting ready to retire, Cooper has decided that he would like to take the reigns and Emmanuelle is ready to help him win the seat. With an interesting opponent and a will they won't they plot, this book was a fun ride in a small town!
