We will get to why not 5 stars in just a sec. let me start by saying Holy Shit what just happened and ugh I do NOT like the Vampire King.🧛♂️such a creepy asshole. I will warn you the ending is a cliff hanger again , but I think you should expect that when reading a series . We do learn more about Winter but not much . The first part of the book not too much happens except you learn how Winter is still alive after the attack . Then a lot more starts to happen , I don’t wanna tell you much but she does become mates to two of her guys . So why a 4.5 because for this being a reverse harem genre you come to expect group sex, well that has yet to happen . Yes I know that is a let down . While there is sexy time just not enough of all participants. I am diving into book three now .
