Oh no, am I getting sick of YA romances or is this just super mediocre? At this point I'll never know. But here's what I thought, I found the main character a little bit self absorbed, even though she's supposed to be not super confident. So, I really didn't like being in her head. And then there's the fact that I didn't care at all for what she's going through? That sounds terrible but it's just so easy to zone out on her. That being said, this could potentially be a great story to read for someone younger (12-14?) because the character does have a strong voice, and there's some direction in where the story's going. But sadly, it's definitely not for me.
