Eh, similar to Magic's Mantle. It's alright, but nothing special. The LITRPG element feels a bit over the top for the story as a whole. I don't think it works for this book, you could get away with out it. To that end, the book feels more like a video, but that's to its detriment. But still, it was a basic read, forgettable, but it wasn't annoying or awful.
