3.5/5– bitch will all due respect if i had to wait until i was FIFTY to finally be with the person i lover….i simply wouldn’t make it. i’d end it before i got there.
can’t believe it took them that long, that’s fucking insanity.
this was fun, i enjoyed the format of it being told in only letters/emails, it made it very easy & quick to read. i did like the movie a lot better tho, like if i didn’t love the movie so much, i wouldn’t like this as much. it took too long for them to get together it actually pissed me off. and this is coming from someone who LOVES slow burn & the miscommunication trope….i no (hehe) that’s an unpopular statement, but it just does something to me!!! i love pain and angst! but anyhow, i think ‘Normal People’ and ‘One Day’ did those things a lot better than this did.
also i just realized rosie is giving lorelai gilmore. single, teen mom, dreamed of opening her own hotel (inn), slow burn friends to lovers that took much longer than it needed to. like they’re twinning fr
