I have mixed feelings about this book. I wanted to love it because I love maps! (Obsessed, is more accurate.)
But I struggled with the story in the beginning and it wasn't until I switched to the audio book (the narrator was fantastic!) that I really started enjoying it.
I do think the story started getting a little muddled and dragging on (which lowered my star rating for sure) but of course the twist ending hit me hard.
I REALLY hope we run into the pirates again!
