“I've just been reminded that I'm not all the way there yet and that healing isn't always linear. It's full of Bermuda Triangles and wormholes and portals that I can't explain, too.”

Ok… I was really excited about this at first, but I honestly couldn't stand Hallie. I get that she's insecure, but she's also the type to never stop m complaining and whining about everything while jumping to conclusions every chance she got, which made her very unlikable.

Hayden is a nice enough guy who isn't afraid to show emotion, but nothing about him stands out — the fact that they have zero chemistry didn't help either.

I just couldn't care less about anything going on in this book with the family drama, romance or podcast episodes. I wouldn't say this is a bad book necessarily, it was just a complete miss for me personally.
