Dark Places by Gillian Flynn

4.0

I'm not going to lie, I knew what I was getting myself into when i bought Dark Places, I've learned from Gillian's other books that dark and morbid thoughts were laid before me yet I continued to still pick up the book and read it page by page knowing I will later have nightmares. Libby Day survived a massacre that happened within the walls of the house she grew up in. The killer believed to be her brother who in his younger years was believed to be involved in satanic rituals including sacrifice is now locked away in prison for the killing of his mother and sisters. As the chapters rolled on we soon discover Libby may not know what all had happened that gruesome night and comes face to face with the truth.
