A Treasury of British Folklore: Maypoles, Mandrakes & Mistletoe
by Dee Dee Chainey
The book was a fairly easy read (despite some typos throughout that hurt the heart), and did summarise both the more famous pieces of folklore alongside the obscure. Though it does not pay much mind to being linguistically impressive, it is still a great read, especially for those who are newly interested in folklore, as it does explore a wide variety of tales.
