Going Rogue
by Janet Evanovich
In the latest installment of Stephanie Plums adventures in bounty hunting, Connie is kidnapped, a coin is missing, and Stephanie blows up a car.
I love these books for the fun and, yes, predictability. Lula is going to wear clothes that are too tight, Grandma Mazur is going to cause a scene, Stephanie is going to blow up a car (probably that belongs to Ranger), and there are going to be some new fun characters introduced. I enjoyed this one a lot. I’ll always get these books right when they come out, but I do wish that the love triangle between Stephanie, Morelli, and Ranger would find a solution. Can’t they all just be polyamorous or something? And I miss some of the old characters - Moon Man, Sally Sweet, and Randy Briggs come to mind.
