Educated is a breathtaking memoir that left me both heartbroken and deeply inspired. Tara Westover's journey from a survivalist, isolated childhood in rural Idaho to earning a PhD from Cambridge is nothing short of extraordinary. Her writing is honest, raw, and poetic—capturing the complexity of family, identity, and the transformative power of education. This book challenged my perspective on resilience and self-discovery. It’s a story that lingers long after the final page. I firmly believe anyone, regardless of their walk of life, can learn from Westover’s experiences as she teaches us how our identities are not defined by those who came before us, and change is possible with fight and determination.
