I found Rita to be an interesting and complex character, as well as her relationships with the other characters to be intriguing. Reading from her POV was interesting to see how her state of mind changed throughout the book as the story developed. Although it would have been good to see how the other characters saw her from their POV.

I was expecting to there be more of her vigilante work to be involved in the story, especially due to the initial setup of the story. I would have loved the book to have delved a little bit more into it as well as us understanding more about her growing up. Overall I enjoyed the story and the ending. I can't wait to see what other books Nilesha Chauvet writes.
