I just couldn’t get into this one. I loved the concept of Owen taking confessions from strangers and turning them into paintings. That was such a different idea than anything I’ve read and I was excited to see where it would go. The entire book just was so predictable though it seemed like such a let down. Auburn, I wasn’t a fan of. She seemed a little bland and wouldn’t stand up for herself til the end. Also my pet peeve, she’s supposed to be a hair stylist and for the love of God we do not call it ‘dye’! We color hair, and the bowls are not dye bowls…. They are color bowls. End minor rant.
