Though it wasn't life changing and all the information is not new to me. It was nice to read it to remind me of basic concepts and ideas. The book itself was short and i finished it in 30 minutes. The writing super easy to follow AND HEY i feel like working out now which initially i really didn't want to do it because i felt lazy.
