We Should All Be Feminists by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie

4.0

4 // This is what I would consider "essential text", for all sexes. This short novel/speech takes the concept of feminism and manages to vanquish all the stigma surrounding it in a comprehensive manner, ensuring clarity to the readers about who is in the wrong. I can whole heartily say that I stand for every word written in this book and I cannot stress enough how amazing this would be to have as material in a school for mandatory reading. If we start young, we can normalize the basic and rightful ideals of feminism and a healthy way which is embraced perfectly in this book.

If you want a quick read (quick as in it will take you at max. 45 minutes) I urge you all to pick this one up.
