An interesting concept. I preferred the first half of the book over the second. The first part was very prescient to read in early 2025. It got a bit disjointed with all the different Bobs' stories and some were more interesting than others and some only had a chapter so not quite enough to get your teeth into.
It doesn't really have a clear ending, I assume the next book just picks up where this one leaves off, which I always find mildly annoying.
Having said all that there's some genuinely good ideas and I did enjoy reading it. I'll probably read the rest of the series in time.
