The Silent Wife
by Karin Slaughter
3.5 stars. Gritty and graphic most certainly. Slaughter wrote a good one, I will say, for me, maybe a little too graphic. Characters were well written, parts of the plot felt built up and then brought to quickly to resolution while other areas such as the graphic nature of crimes and behaviors were overly written and specific. I enjoyed the read, and will even read her again I am sure!
