With the way this book starts and is narrated, I went into it expecting something grand at some point. Although that didn’t happen, and it was a bit of a let down, I still really enjoyed it.
This is a book very much about women and their life choices, and it was so compelling to read. The dynamics between the characters were interesting and I loved the way their conflicts and paths seemed to mirror each other. Loved the characters of Izzy, Mia and Mrs. Richardson. Didn’t like Moody at all.
Will definitely check out more from the author!
