A cliffhanger to die on, I finished this book and resented I had to wait until the next release. If there was just a touch less dumping and a little more description of the monsters, this would be a perfect 5 star read. 

The plot twists and traumatic encounters were amazing. El's growth and slow acceptance of her desires is perfect. I wanted more, it was such a satisfying read.
