This is a solid breakdown of how MBTI became so prominent despite its poor test-retest validity and some very troubling blind spots in regard to societal context. The last few chapters were honestly my favorite and have the most to say. Seeing so clearly how capitalism has embraced MBTI and similar tools and thus contributed to its prominence and perceived helpfulness was quite interesting.
