Holy shit, this was one was waay darker than the previous 2 books, but equally as awesome! I love seeing all the important historical events that would eventually come become the conflict we see in Herald. I'm honestly loving the way Hays is telling this story, it makes the world feel so real and alive. Can't wait to read the next books in each of these trilogies!
