This was beautiful. I read the dedication and wasn't sure if I remembered the tragedy this is in memory of, so I stopped and read the wikipedia and had to take a moment before I could start reading this.
A beautiful and heart wrenching story told in verse, it's amazing how rich and full the story is being that it is in verse, it never felt lacking. I loved that it had an uplifting ending given how heavy the story was. Highly recommend, even if YA isn't usually your genre.
