I thought this book was good, but it went on entirely too long after Chase died. Yeah, the love triangle was GREAT, but she should have wound up with Chase. Once he died, she went back to the other one and the book should have ended. The end. Except it wasn't. It went on. And on. And on. And on. And don't get me wrong, it was good! It was just entirely too much.
And the other thing I noticed that kind of peeved me was that everyone was perfect. Everyone was gorgeous, and handsome, and perfect, and rich, and they had the perfect lifestyle, and they didn't have to work or wonder how they were going to put themselves through school or worry about how they were going to support a baby. And then when Liam was born he was the perfect baby too. There was no worry about a potential birth defect, like a heart murmur or a cleft palate. There was no colic. There wasn't even a hint of spit-up! Everything was PERFECT. I hate to break it to you Molly, but life isn't perfect. Give me something real. Give me someone ugly. Give me a cranky baby. Give me someone that curses or smokes or drinks until they puke. SOMETHING. ANYTHING.
All in all, first half of the book, great. Last 200 pages, kinda boring. That's why it only gets 3 stars.
