I had no expectations, I walked into the book store and asked one of the very kind girls working there to recommend me something and this was it! She told me very little about it but just that she thought I would like it based on our conversation and although it is probably not something i would have ever picked for myself - she was right.
I love this style of writing and I just absolutely fell in-love with the characters, it could be that it’s queer or that it’s so vivid, the smell, the taste, the feel. Everything about this book resonated with me in some way as a queer woman.
What a beautiful book (the cover and the story) I definitely recommend this read, and am so thankful to the girl who recommended it to me.
