This is eye-opening and I recommend to everyone. The sections of shortened sleep on immunity, learning & retaining info were most useful for me personally. Very interesting suggestions in regards to children's ADHD diagnoses and the health & achievement effects of early school start times that harden me even further against them. I will especially be applying some of the info here as I continue working 12 hour night shifts.
