I am a big Agatha Christie fan, so when I stumble upon a Masterpiece Mystery Theater on PBS that was airing movies based on her books I figured it was the perfect opportunity to read some of the stories.
I enjoyed The Pale Horse very much. The characters were of the small village of Much Deeping are quirky, creepy and a little frightening. The element of the supernatural in the story makes for some interesting situations and the reveal is full of surprises.
