wayyy too dense. it was so incredibly well researched and diverse in vantage points, but so much crucial information got lost because of the author’s attempt to cover absolutely everything. certain aspects felt repetitive and it got to a point where getting through this felt like a chore. the writing itself was so digestible and the information was almost all new to me, but i wish sacrifices were made to let this book really stand out
