OMG Carolina always delivers the perfect book. This is the most perfect novella featuring characters I could relate to, and wanted.
Nina is the introverted FMC, who moves to Magnolia Point to take over as the librarian. No regrets to leave behind, as her hometown and her last relationship, has left a sour taste in her mouth. Nina is an avid romance reader, but given all that has happened, doesn't believe in HEA's any longer. They are literally just in the books she once loved.
Jay is our resident, closet, romance reader and he is dripping in all that cinnamon sugar, that if you were not diabetic, well, having a taste of him would make you one. He is that perfect book boyfriend and believes that his HEA is out there, despite being shit on from a relationship in the past. And when he hears Nina's voice well.....he is a gonna, and he knows he needs to know more about her.
OMG these two had me feeling all sorts of butterflies, plenty of wistful moments and just.....I LOVE THEM. Trust me, the spice was there, and it was damn delicious and so bloody amazing, and when if you had a "Jay", well, any introvert would scream his name, beg, and find her voice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
