Assassin's Creed: Unity by Oliver Bowden

4.0

Holy moly I enjoyed this book. Not my usual choice (altho I guess it fits historical fiction), but so good!! I did not play the game (yet), but could perfectly follow all events anyway. I LOVE Elise, she’s fierce, stubborn & sassy in all the right ways. I loved mr Weatherall & Arno & basically everyone who mattered to Elise. I liked her growth, I enjoyed seeing her growing up & the way her ways changed through events & growing mature. The way the book is written made it very easy for me (personally) to visualise events wich made it even more enjoyable. I got in a bit of a rut about 300 pages in but feel like the ending deff makes up for that. I don’t know why it got to me the way it did, but I really enjoyed Elise’s story!
