First, the voice acting in the audio book is top tier. The book is one long suspense novel, narrated by a silly little guy (Gideon), with much SAD but also much funny. Idk if the second book will be able to match up in humor (cause ya know), but I will be listening to it.
The world building is so, so good. And I’m always a sucker for necromancers. There was so much mystery, and still so many questions left to be answered.
The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars SPOILER is cause I like a happy ending ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
