“You’re all the magic I need.” How I’ve missed the wickedly clever duo of Royce and Sawyer. I love their snarky repartee, and will never tire of their nicknames for each other, but it’s the unshakable and irresistible bond they’ve developed throughout the years that holds a special place in my heart. I fell in love with these two from the very beginning and I’m so happy to be back solving new and old mysteries along with the requisite mayhem if Royce is involved. The case was extremely engrossing but I really liked that Royce and Sawyer had to solve parts of it separately, as I liked learning more about the side characters in this new chapter of their lives.
Catching up with them and seeing how though many things have changed, the important things, the essentials that make Sawyer and Royce, Sawyer and Royce, have only grown deeper and more grounded made my heart happy. I can’t wait for more amazing adventures as I have a feeling things are really going to heat up in Savannah, more ways than we can foresee. Be prepared to laugh, cry and fall ever more in love with Locke and Key.
