Another great instalment in the series.

It was a little slow to intrigue, with the absence of Surendranarth and the extended flashbacks to London.

But then it really started to come together and crackle with excitement.

I am particularly pleased that we have addressed Sam's passive racist stances, including misnaming Surendranarth and allowing other people to racially abuse his friend without censure. It was the reckoning for Sam that had been coming for a long time and I was glad it happened.
