It's me, not the book, isn't it?
This book is not meant to be read without some prior knowledge of Nick and Charlie from the heartstopper comics because otherwise, they just say stuff that happened in the comics,and you have to be like "Oh.. mhm!"
Nick did nothing wrong... Charlie was just kind of being mean and unreasonable the entire time.
This book did nothing for me, which explains the 3 star rating, I hope. It still passed the time I probably would've spent not doing my russian summer homework anyway. It wasn't hard to read or too boring. Just average. I will either forget this, or this will just make me not able to look at Charlie the same. The entire time, he's just like ohhh I'm soooo pathetic. Am I being too judgemental??? Is it not that deep?? Is this just how Charlie is??? I do not know.
