I knew going in that this book was going to be good. Too many people have loved it for it not to be… But knowing that and experiencing it are two different things. This is possibly one of the best books I’ve ever read. Miller’s writing of these characters we already know is absolutely brilliant. I’m in love with Patroclus and his narration style. His relationships with the people around him are vivid and complex. The love story in these pages is one for the ages. They may not be perfect, but together they were spectacular. I’m immediately going out to get Circe and dive back into her writing. Perfect score: 5 stars! Would recommend to everyone!
