Clare and Henry's love story is mostly long and confusing. This book should either go more in depth or be edited to a shorter version. I feel the author expects the reader to be able to read her mind when it comes to how the characters feel, their past lives, and how Clare and Henry fell in love. When I finished this book, my first thought was, "I feel like a lot has been left unexplained." I think this book has a lot of potential, but needs to be revised thoroughly. Read The Time Traveler's Wife only if you want to learn more about the movie.
