All My Sons by Arthur Miller

4.0

Read in one setting. I was surprised by how quickly I was able to blaze through it, but I couldn't put it down. Having read Miller's other works in high school, I had a feeling it would be a good read, but I was reminded of Miller's ability to create such raw emotion in stage dialogue. Naturally, things are always missed when reading plays, so I would love to one day see an adaptation and really feel the full force of the story. Just going off the text alone though, incredibly moving. I felt the deception and fear in the lines before I even knew the end result.
