Ryder is Hard and unwavering, not the kind of man that you negotiate with or even one that negotiates for that matter. At least that was the case right up until Cassie walks into his life, or was it Ryder who broke into hers? (Read the first few chapters and you'll get the joke)
The Romance: Ryder has been burned by a woman before and hasn't been into anything more than one night stands since then. He's done with relationships, done with secrets and women who lie.
Cassie is not looking for a relationship, or even a quick tumble, in fact that's the last thing on her mind seeing as she's in the process of getting out of one. Things don't always go as we plan and Cassie soon finds herself at risk of losing what she has with Ryder before it really has a chance to go anywhere.
The Plot: I thought the plot was rather good, while the romance was front and center the story line still held up and served a purpose. You had a chance to meet everyone (Excluding Knox) in the group of friends and they all played a small part. I'm looking forward to the next in this series!
