Hired for the Holidays by Raquel Riley
4.0
This is a cute, hot, whirlwind of a Christmas romance. It's a little bit instalove-y, which isn't really my jam, but I still really liked it. Jones has a whole Grinch/Scrooge thing going on but make it 50 Shades of Gray. The chemistry between Jones and Adam is - whew!- lava hot, and the tension is so thick you could cut it with a knife.
This is a quick and what I would usually call "fluffy" holiday read, but what's the exhibitionist on a yacht version of fluff? That's what this is. Smutty fluff. Smuff. Love it, the perfect book to turn your brain off and kick back with a mug of peppermint spiked cocoa and just enjoy the ride.
This is the fifth book in the Hearts for Hire series, and can be read as a standalone. You'll likely want to read the rest of the series though, as the MCs show up as side characters in this one!
