A world founded on hatred is victorious and holds true power, but it's a world that I don't want to be a part of. This is a story that will haunt me until the end of my days.

2 + 2 = 5

WAR IS PEACE.

FREEDOM IS SLAVERY.

IGNORANCE IS STRENGTH.

What's truly frightening is that you see pieces of this dystopia reflected in present-day societies. Beliefs held in one's fickle mind are malleable and easily shaped into new existences.

Okay, enough of my fractured thoughts; this read obviously broke my brain. It had exceptional worldbuilding for just under 300 pages. A bit of an information dump that halted the even flow, but it turned around quickly, and we had smooth sailing to the end. Anyways, it's a dark, thought-provoking must-read if you love a good dystopian.
