A very none spoiler review, only feelings expressed.
The beginning of the book was bad imo, seemed to be focusing in the romatic relationships too much, but it started to pick up after the plot had settled. And noe I think it is on par with the last one.
Mark, Christina and Kieran made the book interesting for me, and ot3 with a possibility of becoming canon? Unusual to see, plus they had the best scenes of the book, tbh.
Jemma fell flat in this book for me until we got near the ending, and the adventures of the twins and Kit weren't as fun as they should have been.
Dru now has a potential of having bigger role as she made Julian ackhowledge her as a capable shadowhunter.
Alec was there and he is a faveā¤ and his kids are so cute. Also more Magnus guiding people.
AND DIANA, we get to know her and she is great, I wasn't expecting that at all, CC can still surprise me so much.
I got even more attached to everyone on this book and,. I will be looking forward to the next book, very much, the wait will torture me.
