I read this in one day. Now, it is rather short, so one might think that doesn't say much, but seeing as I'm in a bit of a reading slump right now... It does mean something. I loved Drez and Reg's friendship in the main series (The Mercenary & The Mage), and getting to see where they came from was wonderful. Super excited to read Volume II!
