Peril at End House
by Agatha Christie
3.5/5
Once again, a brilliant Christie novel that would’ve been 10x more brilliant if she had just cut out some of the fluff.
There are some aspects of the book that feel so useless, and characters who serve no purpose whatsoever in the narrative.
If the setup and red herrings of this novel had been nearly as clever as the final reveal, it easily could’ve been one of the best Christie’s.
