"You're not the hero we want, you're the scumbag we need"

I ain't 'fraid of no ghost. With dead presidents wrecking havoc upon The United States of America after being resurrected in the hopes of saving America, there's only one person that can save the country. Well, actually, there are quite a few people, but the job lands in the hands of Deadpool. Can he save everyone, or will he end up doing more damage than good?

Humorous, action-packed, full of gore, and plenty of fourth wall breaks. This story isn't going to be winning any awards for thought-provoking dialogue or a mind-boggling plot, but it's still a ton of fun. Deadpool is such an out there character that it doesn't even seem weird to see him slashing his way through evil, zombified ex-presidents. Everything about this is ridiculous and over the top and I had an absolute blast. However, I'm glad that this doesn't break the 200 page mark as I feel like, after an extended period of time, it could become a somewhat tedious read with the juvenile humour going from fun to overdone.
