This is a god-tier romance novel. I will compare every romance novel I read to this book until the end of my days.
This book will make you believe in love and yearn for passion. Eva and Shane are both writers, who have been keeping one another in their lives through their writing. This book deals with trauma and has a long list of trigger warnings. It touches upon heavy topics gracefully and captures the human experience beautifully.
I am genuine when I say this is a god-tier romance novel. The author discusses things like drug and alcohol addiction, chronic pain, and neglect. This book does not shy away from harsh realities and traumas but is still a passionate and beautiful love story. I was pacing around my kitchen, jumping up and down, during certain scenes of this novel. I wanted these characters to have happiness so fucking badly.
You will not be able to get me to shut the fuck up about this book.
