The Hallow Hunt by Margie Fuston
5.0
“We all come here with wounds, but if you’re always running, they’ll never have a chance to heal.”
“The Hallow Hunt,” by Margie Fuston
I loved this series! I loved the entire plot of the Revenant Games; the peril of winning was like The Hunger Games, but this one was more fantasy in the games than hunger games. I loved the tension with the romance, it was literally my favorite part of the book. The characters were so good, dynamic and believable and I wanted the best for them throughout the whole book despite the characters being morally grey or not. Definitely will be a series I need to reread to experience again. 5 out of 5 stars.

“Her body held so much guilt that she felt like she needed to fight something because she’d been fighting for so long now to escape the guilt that it was all she knew how to do.”

“If she kept running from their wounds, it’d make everything worse, not better.”
“It could be a mistake to forgive people who still wanted to kill you, but it somehow seemed easier than forgiving those you loved.”
