I absolutely adored this book. I hoped to get a story about Delia after reading The Boyfriend Bet.
Delia's story didn't happen the way I thought it was going to happen, and I really liked that. After reading The Boyfriend Bet you think she's going to be with a certain guy, but she starts developing feelings for someone she shouldn't.
The best friend's brother trope will always be my favorite. It's like there is this moment when you realize they aren't just your friend's annoying sibling. And maybe your sister's friend isn't so bad.
Both Delia and Jack bring out the best, and sometimes the worst, in each other. I liked seeing them jump over those hurdles. They are complete opposites in every way, and it was fun watching them interact.
Overall, Boomerang Boyfriend is a cute story. You'll laugh, you'll get upset for both Delia and Jack, and you'll swoon.
